Training Information and Sign Up

Schedule, Format & Material

All training will take place at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in the Evergreen, Oaklands and General Thomas rooms. The specific location of each track will be posted once we get closer to the event. Attendees registered for training can attend any session they’d like over the course of a day. The duration of each session will last 90 minutes, which includes a brief Q&A at the end.  Classes that are scheduled for more than one session will break at a time selected by the instructor (not necessarily coinciding with other session breaks).  Class material (handouts and/or slides) will be distributed via E-mail and file share utility no later than September 16th. There will be no hardcopy material distributed, so please bring your material with you.

Which Class Should I Attend?

One of the biggest challenges when attending a training class is determining which class fits best. There are no hard and fast rules but to get the most out of your time, you want to select classes that will serve you best.  Please consult the class syllabus below to identify the best class for you.

Do I Need a Laptop?

Several classes will be greatly enhanced by using your laptop to connect to an online “demo” system. High speed internet access will be provided but you are responsible for your own laptop. Access to demos will be through remote desktop connection (RDP) to a preconfigured demo box.

$0.00

Deadline to registering for classes is August 30th.   Space is limited and expected to fill, so please register early if you plan to attend.

The cost for training is $750/day or $1,250 for both days regardless of the number of sessions or tracks attended. Attendees are encouraged to find classes that fit their needs across any of the three tracks available.

*TBD sessions are tentatively reserved for vendor talks.  We’ll communicate any updates out as they become available.
