Training Information

Schedule, Format & Material

All training will take place at the Omni Charlotte Hotel. The specific location of each track will be posted once we get closer to the event. Attendees registered for training can attend any session they’d like over the course of two days. Classes that are scheduled for more than one session will break at a time selected by the instructor (not necessarily coinciding with other session breaks). Class material (handouts and/or slides) will be distributed via E-mail and file share utility no later than September 26^th. There will be no hardcopy material distributed, so please bring your material with you.

Which Class Should I Attend?

One of the biggest challenges when attending a training class is determining which class fits best. There are no hard and fast rules but to get the most out of your time, you want to select classes that will serve you best. Please consult the class syllabus to identify the best class for you.

Do I Need a Laptop?

Several classes will be greatly enhanced by using your laptop to connect to your CEMLink6 system. High speed internet access will be provided.

Deadline to register is September 19^th. Space is limited and expected to fill, so please register early if you plan to attend. The cost for Training and User Group is $1,500.00 and includes both Training days (Tue & Thur), Welcome Reception (Tue), User Group (Wed), and Off-Site Event (Wed). Attendees are encouraged to find classes that fit their needs across any of the three tracks available.

The cost for the User Group only is $500.00 and includes the Welcome Reception (Tue), User Group (Wed), and Off-Site Event (Wed).

Hotel accommodations will need to be arranged by each individual registrant and is not included in the registration fee.
